Generate conditional texts compatible with the StringConditions system of the LeafPlugins/LeafDelta plugins. Use in messages, menus, scoreboards and lores where the plugin applies placeholders.

How to use
The pattern is processed after the PlaceholderAPI, so you can compare placeholders like %luckperms_primary_group_name%.
In <when> with attributes, the comparison accepts empty, !empty, "", ==value, !=value, >=10, <=10, >10 and <10; blank fields generate "".
Permission patterns accept a normal or op permission to check operators.
